Circle L Consultants will perform the inspections necessary to keep your property in compliance with the Railroad Commission of Texas (CFR 192.00) These inspections are as follows Annual reviews, cathodic, regulator, valve, odorant, patrol, Leak survey, atmospheric.

Circle L Consultants will provide training for all onsite staff to comply with (CFR 192.00) This training will prepare staff for emergency situations and how to investigate emergencies as well as documenting emergencies. All staff will receive a certificate after completion of class which is vailed for three years.

Circle L Consultants will provide the operation and maintenance procedures manual. This manual will have all related items and documents needed to cover all comprehensive audits performed by the Railroad Commission of Texas. Circle L Consultants will keep the O.M.P manual updated on a quarterly basis.

Circle L Consultants will create and provide the public awareness and public liaison documents to onsite staff needed to comply with CFR (192.00)
